Bio-Tri Reagent is a convenient ready-to use monophase solution for RNA isolation from variuos tissues and cells. The procedure that contains phenol and guanidine isothiocyanate is an improvement of the method developed by Chomczynski and Sacchi (1987). DNA and protein can be easily purified by additional steps.
